Program Timeline
This program is a one year long, intentional living community and housing cooperative for current and former residents of Liberty City and South Dade.
Participants will also have the option to renew their participation at the conclusion of the program in one year. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and spots are filled first come first serve.

- Building power for the Miami Housing Justice Agenda through direct community outreach like door knocking and phone banking.
- Creating a healing space for your neighbors by hosting workshops and events in your home.
- Educating the community on Community Land Trusts and affordable housing through outreach and events.



Program Costs
In exchange for your community outreach, you will get to participate in a community of solidarity in which living costs are shared including the cost of your rent and utilities.
The program will assist with these housing costs but it will not be enough to cover the full costs of your living expenses. Residents are expected to have a steady source of income and gainful employment. SSI recipients are welcome to apply.
